1. Initial Consultation

Your first counselling session in Banbury or Culworth is a collaborative journey. Online Therapy sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted video platform called Konfidens, ensuring confidentiality and safety.

You’ll need a stable internet connection, a quiet private space, and a device with a camera and microphone. I will provide clear instructions to help you set up beforehand.
