In-Person Counselling
How It Works

1. Initial Consultation
Your first counselling session in Banbury or Culworth is a collaborative journey. We’ll focus on exploring what you hope to gain from counselling, discussing our therapeutic contract, and answering a few detailed questions. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and start building a therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs.

2. Regular Sessions
Each session lasts around 50 minutes. We’ll take the time to explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you, with support to help you move forward comfortably.

3. Non-Judgmental Support

Online Counselling
How It Works

1. Secure Platform
Online Therapy sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted video platform called Konfidens, ensuring confidentiality and safety.

2. Technical Requirements
You’ll need a stable internet connection, a quiet private space, and a device with a camera and microphone. I will provide clear instructions to help you set up beforehand.

3. Initial Consultation
As with in-person sessions, your first online session will involve understanding your needs and some more detailed questions.

4. Regular Sessions
Sessions last around 50 minutes and run similarly to in-person counselling, offering the same level of care and professionalism.
